We use this information to process your transaction, and we share the information with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal etc. in order to process your order.

As part of your purchase, you will receive a notification email from TrustPilot requesting to review our products and service. You will only ever receive emails regarding your purchases with us. By accepting our terms and conditions you agree to receiving these emails. If you do not want to receive emails in this way, please do not enter your email address during the ordering process.

Refund

In the event that the product is received in the following condition:

• Container is damaged and product has leaked out;
• Container is half full;
• Container is empty.

Wet & Forget UK will fully replace the damaged product at no extra cost. Contact us during business hours to arrange for replacements. Requests for replacement of damaged goods must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of delivery
